Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Booking Policy We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to cancel your appointment. To avoid losing your deposit, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. • Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance can be rescheduled without penalty. • If you fail to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment. • If you cannot make your appointment, please notify us at goodcurlsnyc@gmail.com. ** No show / No call appointments your deposit will be forfeited Preparation for Your Appointment For the best experience, please arrive with detangled hair, ideally styled with light product. If extra time is needed for detangling, a $35+ detangling fee will apply. Late Arrivals Arriving 15 minutes or more late may result in a reschedule, and your deposit will be forfeited. Refund Policy All services are non-refundable. However, if you need any adjustments, you have 7 days from your visit to request a complimentary fix.
